"I have had a hot tub for years at my winter residence. Now that I am in Florida for the winter, I wanted one that would fit on a patio porch. I went to Hot Tub Sales and was greeted by Mario. He was very informed and clear in discussing the options for me. When I made a selection, he delivered it the next day - on a saturday. Due to the confined space of my condo, the delivery was difficult but Mario never complained. He wouldn't leave until the spa was fully operative and I understand how to maintain it. As to maintenance, he offered state- of -the -arts technology, which I don't have up north. His price was below the listed price for this quality model at other retailers. So, great price, great info and great service."
